yeah you know its really gay
can i tell you my secret?
They take forever to build, but it's just to start the process and wait. Resource workers takes time and requires constant attention. They are as easily destroyed and and stick out even worse. Sometimes hard to defend since the minerals are placed in a disadvantage position. The enemy can come at any time with any unit and destroy your workers, just five of them to stop your maintenance of unit production and structure building and maybe even shake it out of balance. <.<

even if i look like i gay guy with puppy eyes you buy it hurray *walk*
See? It's shnit easy. I foresee no difficulty with that.

Your workers was the ones creating your structures, either warping them, building them or morph into them. Then they had to harvest your minerals. You always have to defend them and you have to create them at a steady rate at your new bases to get new income. It's a long process and could be forgettable if your getting attacked or do an offense. Then you need to have defending troops before you can build defensive structures at the base, you need to create more detectors, you need to have a check around the terrain, you need to keep a low profile with the base so the enemy don't notice.

Starcraft is rated as one of the most fair and balanced RTS games out there. I couldn't agree more.

dude i'm right here and follow you just don't run plz *puppy eyes*
Best to calm down.Thinking with a cool head is the best tactic when dealing with people and politics in general.Heat is needed in war and sports.

    wow thats scary
and if i guess right you gonna run to it?
    Halo Wars works how?

You don't have workers so that's already the biggest relief right there. I would handle everything perfectly if I just had money raining in with a building or something instead.

okay *step back* Okay *run and jump and land safe*
    i did it!
    whats down there
It works. Now I just need to expand correctly, maintain correctly, scout correctly, and defend correctly. It's easy with just one base, but when you get two I start forgetting things, and that makes me suffer later. <.<
It's so hard to remember everything. It's so friggin' difficult! How can I build units, scout my enemies, harass them, expand my base, build workers, build my defenses, and upgrade at the same time? One base is alright, but when it gets more I just get out of control. That's why I win most games at the start. <.<

you said that we should be careful

    ooc:back ^_^
You are welcome.I'm happy to be able to help. And don't worry. You can do it.It will take patience though.[I didn't have either, but now...man,I rival the japs now.]It's all about will and practice at this age.Just three more years. And when you learn to live completelly on your own it will be the peak.

Checked that thread...well...I don't quite like talking about these things on the net,but judging by the last few posts, the thread needs a break so that everybody can think calmly and start again. After all...everything's subjective...to a point anyway.
I rush for the start of the game if I'm Zerg. Building up a gang of lings and just a mass assault at their workers. But if I'm Protoss I'll take a few and just harass since they suffer too much if all their units from the rush dies.
