    no, it works like this.

    Ok so this space station the Saru-003 is equipped with a chop rocket. I'll launch it and CHOP!!! The world!!! Right in two!!! Right down the middle!!! after that I was going to give one of the halves to Tomoki, but, now I think i'll just let you humans fight over it. A brilliant and both peaceful solution 'eh, I'll accept your thanks.
