OMG!! It's such an easy recipe!!! I could probably type you the whole recipe in one post.....so I will
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 pound chicken (cut into strips)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped carrot (I don't usually add this :lol
1 Package Chicken Ramen noodles
In a frying pan, mix the oil, soy sauce, and the seasoning packet from the ramen. Add chicken and brown until done. Add vegetables to chicken then cook until tender.
Sometimes I don't use chicken, I just add the vegetables
At the same time cook noodles in water according to directions and drain. Add noodles to chicken and vegetables and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes stirring constantly.
THERE YOU GO CHICKEN LO MEIN!!!! I actually cook the noodles for a little less than the 3 minutes on the directions so they end up more aldente but it's really all depends on your personal tastes
