It depends on your taste really. Final Fantasy 1 and 2 are remastered games of the originals, slight tweaks in the game play and graphics, so they would play like a normal Final Fantasy would. War of the Lions is different, it requires tactics and strategic thinking. You gather a group of soldiers that you recruit, assign their class and weapons, choose a formation to start the battle in and then try to beat the very smart AI. You can get overpowered in this game because the AI level up with you.
I know what you mean about the memory card situation. I recently ordered Resident Evil 3 for the Gamecube to play on my Wii. It came, I put it in and soon found out I require a Gamecube controller. I go out, search and eventually find one. I come back, plug that in, restart the game and soon find out I need a Gamecube Memory card, I couldn't find one so I had to order it. Hoping no one turns off my Wii until it arrives...
