If you install Avast, ask it to do a full scan and it should detect the file. If not you'll have to go to my computer, check Downloads and delete it there.
You could have it scan the file that you installed. If it's a virus, you can ask for deletion.
Some installation may be required, I'll send you a link to the search results.

If those don't work, search Avast. It got rid of 63 Trojans and 14 worms for me.
