"Capcom confirmed to GameSpot that the DmC Costume Pack DLC will be released on January 29 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in North America, with European PS3 owners having to wait an additional day. The new threads will cost 320 Microsoft points or $4.00/£3.19/€3.99.
The DmC costume pack is also being offered to anyone who pre-purchases the game on Steam ahead of its PC release on January 25, though a release date for the PC version of the DLC has not been specified.
DmC will also be receiving the free Bloody Palace DLC and the paid-for Vergil's Downfall DLC, which Capcom dubs an expansion, at the end of February."

I don't know if youtube's where you come from, but let me give you some valuable advice:

Stop reading youtube comments, unless it's a very niche video or something, but even then there'll be some idiots talking nonsense.

I love me some alternate costumes too, I hope they put up more packs. They can even use the tons of rejected Dante designs they have to make new costumes

Not too keen on those. I mean Neo Dante looked pretty cool until I saw his pants, then all of a sudden he was Twink Dante.
So far I've only liked DMC3, SoS and Dark Dante. If we got anorexic druggy Dante from the initial trailer I'd barf.
However we definitely need alter Devil Triggers, Dark Dante's DT having a dark and blueish/azure (like his Angel Dodge aura) aura would be cool.
And it'd be nice if we could get costumes for Vergil too, something 'Dante-like' that can serve as the counterpart to Dark Dante giving the impression of a what-if alter universe where Dante and Vergil's respective roles were switched, Dante growing up in a wealthy family and Vergil living in a trailer and working dead end jobs.

This is pretty good timing compared to any other DLC I've gotten. The DLCs for Castlevania : Lords of Shadow took a good half a year to come out, so I count myself particularly lucky to have this coming down the pipe so hastily.

Of course, this will likely make the wait for them to announce a sequel more painful, knowing a bit of what happens after the events of DmC. I just hope that there is a sequel.

Honestly, though, I don't know which to be more excited about- Vergil's Downfall or Bloody Palace.

Well, when you preorder from a third party site like GMG they give you 2 keys, and you make an independent download of 38mb for one of them, that's my evidence, but I could be wrong, yes.
