There's only subtle differences between them. In-game cutscenes (esp. Vergil's SE ones), V's eyes are a bit bigger. In the manga, his eyes are drawn as though they are (for the most part) permanently narrowed, but Dante's face isn't drawn any less angular in some frames than Vergil's. It's probably the effect of his hair and the use of thinner lines in CODE 2:'s drawings that make him look sharper. In the official hi-res art, I can't see much difference in shape between them.
So I could watch a few Twilight Zone episodes and go to sleep 'cause I'm tired as all hell, or I could stop being lazy and get something to eat so I don't starve.
