I like certain soundtracks in both DmC and DMC3. While I would like to say that DmC is better as a whole, I honestly can't pick a favorite. No competition. DMC's soundtrack should just go home.

The one,and only one DmC music I like

Oh never mind. Know who she is. She is also a J-pop singer too right?
I keep wondering why people only judge a game's soundtrack by their songs rather than the BGM.
The songs in western games tend to be pretty popular so there isn't much oddness to them been good, it's the BGM that needs tobe exemplary to really be memorable.
I think we should clarify the difference or assets them as a whole, ether just judge them by the songs, the BGM, or both. Here we have people going by ether one and so we are left discussing different things.
In my case I think the soundtracks for all the DMC games, except for 1, suck. They are unmemorable and generic. There are a few exceptions, sure, but for a few tracks and songs among hundreds of forgettable pieces very much qualifies as 'sucks.'
