Well, there is the Japanese way of saying things, and the English way of saying things (obviously). When you try to say stuff in English the way its said in Japanese, it sounds weird. See many instances in the DMC games for examples. i image that making a dub sound natural is the first priorty of the translators.

I'm honestly disappointed in more than a few members on this site over this nonsense but lets clear some things up first off. In case any of you didn't notice, my remark about Dante d1ick was a subtle joke in response to ZeroLove's comment.
I understand the context of my writing gives you all a belligerent hard on but I've never directly insulted anyone. I'm perfectly fine though if anyone wants to open up a hypocrisy debate about proper use of language on a forum, whose related game is filled with F-bombs and curse words including "D1ck".
If anything, I wouldn't mind accepting a strike for subverting the censors by using a 1 in place of an i.
I'll just say Penis from now on like a proper Sir.
Prove me wrong, by all means.
(Luckily Angel is of the understanding and intelligent sort and it certainly is hard to find decent admunds imo.)
Dante cursing in the English DMC Anime is not considered canon, the same way English translations on manga wouldn't be. Much like the many debates people have over what is canon on DBZ, most of the time in regards to their accuracy however. I know we're not fact checking for accuracy in regards to certain statements in this case, but my whole point is that the English translations and Script were changed by the English staff.

This has been resolved as Angel will contest to I hope. I never had two accounts, and I honestly don't see the problem as it was a one time thing between myself and a friend. So far the impression I have of the people on this site (not as a whole but a large number of people) is that of a bunch of elitist ball sniffers who can't tolerate a differing opinion from their own.

The rules say nothing about memes or pictures. George Carlin is well known for his quote about intolerance of bullshit, which was the purpose for posting his face there. It was a joke and nothing more.

Honestly I don't see why you're so surprised. I was attacked the moment I posted on this site and only returned fire with passive aggressive comments. I never insulted anyone, nor belligerently harassed anyone. Instead of being given a simple, "Hey, please don't do that."
