it was very boring but i had cake so i guess it was okay ( and boring is definitely an improvement over last year)

Happy very belated - but - still - better - late - than - never - birthday!! 
When you eat cake, think to yourself: this is my cake, it may be delicious, it may be kinda burnt, but it's still cake, therefore it is awesome. When you're done with the cake, throw the crumbs out for the birds which will then fly away to remind yourself how cake is a beautiful part of the universe, sacrificing life giving energy to sustain many lives. Finally, remember, without you, that cake would never have existed. You are the cake lord.
