At this point I'm quite convinced he won't own a shop.
In the previews it is shown there are demon "collaborators" that are mere humans walking around public.
(Like the one in the club and the one Vergil killed swiftly)
Even if he did make a organization I doubt that it will be Devil may cry.
It's just too obvious.
BTW, what do you think about the small"m" in the title?
