Don't know, I think it'll merged with the real world, so demons don't have to pull Dante into Limbo to fight him. Maybe they'd still have control of the world in that they could bend stuff and block paths to stop Dante crossing them.

Likely, again for the reasons above. Seems like they're already doing that during one of the DmC trailers.

What about the heavens?

Would be cool to see something about that. What's it like where the angels come from, heck, even where the demons come from too. :3

Will Dante form Devil May Cry?

Could lead to that yesh. I have high bets of it happening. Even if it only ever hints it in DmC, it could wind up happening in a sequel.

Will Vergil survive?

No doubt. I believe he'll have a more prominent role in this rebirth and we might see more of the conflict he and Dante have. I hope he'd survive for a few games until Vergil became something like what he did in Devil May Cry 1 :'( and Dante having to put him out of his misery.
