Sorry about this,but it is weird...

Usually,the words bitch,asshole,ass are censored.But why are the words are now de-censored? Except for the F-word of course.

maybe because some words are used in other contexts and got banned, and got annoying the in end, like *****cat dolls, that is blocked, but with good reason ebcause its not used every day, where as ass could be used more often as its a shorter word

Steve disabled the censorship on certain words HOWEVER that does not mean you can all run around with a foul mouth. There is no need to use swear words in civilised society anyway and any used to refer to another member will still carry penalties, so be careful what language you use on the boards.
