WDYT: DMC to return in a major way!

Yeah I can't really think of any questions or plotholes in the DMC series & if I can I can easily solve them myself using the context clues such as why does the Order's image of Sparda looks more human than the image shown when Dante & Arkham transformed into him. Why??? Sparda became the feudal lord of Fortuna after he sealed away the demon world since his Sparda form was heavily based upon him wielding Sparda. I guess that is how he looked wielding Yamato or not wielding Sparda. If he can wield all 3 Devil Arms & its been shown that Devil Arms can influence a persons Devil Trigger form as shown in DMC1 & DMC3.

This is how Sparda looked in images that showed him wielding Sparda or before losing his powers..well I did heard this was his demon form...wait if this is a demon form...does he have another true form.

^That image as opposed to how the Order portrays him.

Notice the horns are very different in curves. Perhaps that is just the Order's own imagination or vision of Sparda.

I have a few questions too about this series.
1. Doesn't anyone find it weird that Sparda, who was one of Mundus's goons or loyal servants, was not only able to rebel against his own kind by himself but defeat and subdue Mundus, the king or emperor of all demons, defeat an entire demon army, and even seal away the demon realm from the human world and lock away the Temen-Ni-Gru all by himself? Kinda OP for 1 demon who used to be the servant of the demon emperor.
2. Was Sparda always this powerful? If so why serve the demon king until he decides to overthrow the human race? He could've easily rose to the top of demon king but never did. Why not? Does his power come from his 3 Devil Arms(Sparda, Yamato, & Rebellion)? Also does the perfect Amulet have a connection to his power since one needs both the perfect amulet & a bloodline connection to him to fully awaken the Force Edge to its Sparda form?
3. What can Rebellion do? Yamato & Sparda can open & close doors to the demon realm. I can figure that Rebellion was Sparda's first weapon when he used to serve Mundus & didn't get Yamato & Sparda later.
4. If Nero is Vergil's son, then who is the mom?(If she is irrelevant)Is she dead too?
5. Were there any other good deeds Sparda do after sealing away the demon world(aside from sealing away Argosax & being the leader of Fortuna and sealing away the Hell Gate with Yamato)? Did he become like Jesus or something & traveled the world doing good deeds and performing miracles?
6. What are the angels roles in this universe or story of Devil May Cry?
7. Also mostly what becomes of Nero, Kyrie, & all of Fortuna after the events of DMC4? Does the people still follow the Order's faith & demon(Sparda) worshiping practices? Without a government governing them how do they manage to get by? What does Kyrie do now since her brother is dead & does she have any other family relatives?
8. This should've been part of #7 but its most upmost importance isolate it as its own question...What does Nero do now since he has Yamato?
9. And the most important one. Whose motorcycle does Lucia hears at the end of DMC2 or who appears at the end? It could be anyone(Trish, Lady, Dante, Nero, & possibly a new character).
10. How does Dante plans to get out of hell? Which raises another question? If Sparda sealed away the demon world from the human world how has demons in the past managed to get into the human world & does that Hell Gate in Fortuna play a pivotal role?
Also there is also the fact that the demons used Eva's blood to undo Mundus seal. Why her blood? What makes her blood so important?

First of all you are asking questions that nobody can answer, well maybe someone really nerdy fanfictionist . Now concerning Sparda I assume that he was always stronger than Mundus or grew stronger, but obviously he wasn't much stonger since Mundus didn't actually die.

Rebellion can kill many opponents in the hands of a swordwaster :P.

Now concerning Nero, I don't even believe that Nero is actually Vergil's son 'cause Vergil is dead or presumed dead. And the text that claims Nero is Vergil's son was an article that seemed to me like an obvious fan fic scam. There's no proof the guy worked for Capcom...

And what happened between DMC4 and 2... Honestly I don't know, everyone killed some more demons...

Angels are not part of the original DMC canon, this I know: they belong to the reboot DmC.

And the motorcycle... it's 99.5 % chance that it is Dante's since by the time of DMC2 there were no other characters with motorcycles, and it should be quite obvious that he would eventually find a way out.

My answers are NOT facts I'm only showing how hard questions you're asking, there is a reason why we call them plotholes

Actually in the dmc3 manga angels were brought up as well as the fact that demons are just basically fallen angels. Angels were brought up in DMC4 & in DMC3 there was an enemy/demon that was classified as a fallen angel.

Actually Lady had a motorcycle & have shown skills with them & in other media forms(anime & other games) Trish has been shown riding a motorcycle & anyone even Nero can go out & buy or find a motorcycle. In all fairness the only characters we actually saw in DMC2 was Dante, Lucia, Arius, & Matier.

most of these can be answered easily but the bigger question is how to frame the answers so it doesnt come off boring. People want to be entertained, not read a textbook.

another concern is how the character gets this information. For ex, Nero's origins are hard to explain since no one in DMC4 actually knows his parentage. They all have theories but they are just theories.

I know I'm just stating a couple questions I have with the series. I'm not expecting Capcom to answer all of them in 1 game yet alone answer all of them by time they end the series.

at this point, I'd rather they continue with DmC....i wanna see them bring the whole Dante/Tony Vergil/Gilver plot...show the evolution of the characters into who they are. And then bring this into what DMC 3 was like (Of course, NT's version) and continue from there. NT can basically rework through all of DMC, filling plotholes and making it their own. I would be okay with that

since they are starting from scratch, they can avoid all the plotholes that DMC has accumulated by nipping issues in the bud.

they can but that requires them to care which might be in short supply these days.

Yes Lady had a motorcycle but you gotta understand that she wasn't around in 2003 when DMC2 came so that will leave us with Dante. Why? Because the creators of DMC2 hadn't even thought about Lady or Nero back then, even if in the canon DMC3 & 4 happen before 2. And Trish's motorcycle got banged by Dante.

And the "Angels" in DMC4 were actually demons that were scientifically attached into an armor not actual angels, and Nero stated " Wrong Credo, all that you've become is a demon..." so no angels in DMC4 and The Fallen - the enemy you meant is the only thing relating to "real" angels. The point is that in DMC world the angels are either rare or just don't want to interfere with anybody.

And yes you can say that fallen angels are demons, but can you say that fallen angels are still angels?

The point with angels was that they belong in this new rebooted world of DmC. Why? Because Dante is half-angel/half-demon so angels are much more involved now as an actual beings instead of just being referred to.

PS. Whatever happens in the manga STAYS in the manga, they are spin-off, if every DMC game was a large meal, mangas would be small chocolatebars and if you eat too much chocolate you'll get thirsty:lol:. And why are they spin-off? Because they collide with the existing canon and defy the logic of the games' plot.

And yes, I have read the DMC3 manga .

Well for one thing if they do make a DMC5 I would not want it about Sparda. Reason being is because it would spoil his legend if we found out about him and that would spoil the rest of the games in my opinion.

But I will say this...this topic is not meant to be here. Would have been better in the DMC General Discussion.

It should just go in a straight line and build on the present rather jump to the past again.

Agreed. I for one would like to see a sequel to DMC2 which would be better then it (obviously) and we can find out what happened to Dante. Though the Sequel to DMC1 was going to be called Devil Never Cry if the original creator was still on the project.

the one good thing about this game is that they might use it to say that devil may cry 2 is actually DmC2, and eject it from the canon universe, atleast that's what I would do If I was in charge

How would that be if DMC2 Dante and DmC Dante are nothing alike?

And Trish's motorcycle got banged by Dante.
On a side note, the motorcycle Trish drove into the shop was Dante's. She didn't fall out of the sky with a bike, the only one around ws the one parked infront of the shop.

The name is not as cool so Devil may cry stays. DMC2 is the only real direction left but I'd rather they leave that for DMC6. Best bet would be use DMC5 to tie up some loose ends, win back some trust and fill in the gap into DMC2.

Thats not a good idea because you are trading a young rookie with a lot of character potential for a veteran with none. thats why we got DMC4 and the anime.

Never paid any attention to that  well one more piece of knowledge to pick...
