I beat it on hell and hell and with no upgrades I don't really need them to win

My only problem with him was on Hell and Hell mode thanks to a jiggly camera that wouldn't stay still while Vergil zipped around the screen>_<

The camera is your best friend in all dmc games, ABUSE IT! Also you can always use the middle click on one of you joysticks click to switch target, just like other dmc games, and if there is only one target it will keep re-targeting it and that should help and you can always use the other joystick click to refocus the camera.

It really depends on how many holes you find in his defenses. Until DMD, I really didn't realize I could grab him out of the air and hit his swords back at him. After figuring that out it was just a matter of diligence, but it's still kinda' tough since they mix up his tactics over the course of the fight. Hell and Hell was pretty damn tough for me, while all the other bosses only took me one shot (a good shot, I might add).

I really liked it- Vergil's definitely the toughest enemy in the game. Now, what I would love is if Bloody Palace made you fight a few other enemies simultaneously during the boss fights or something. But really, the game was plenty challenging enough as it is. I felt exhilarated several times.

I had a difficult time with this fight but this was also my first time playing a DMC game on PC and I'm far more used to a controller than a keyboard.

Playing with a keyboard deffinitely makes the game harder to play. I took a good beating against Bob Barbas when I forgot to bring my controller with me once. Any other time, I was able to beat him without any problem whatosever.

I didnt like the non animation when him and Dante were staring at eachother
it literally was just the camera shaking around on non animated models
