Ended up getting 2 codes sent to me after I complained enough to Gamespot. I used the PS3 one and now I have an Xbox360 version I have no use for as I have no Xbox.

Lol i got a xbox code for ps3 too, gave it to my friend, called gamestop they gave me a working code, this is why i love gamestop. They get too much hate.
