Timed Charge Attacks? Has anyone noticed this?

Was playing with Drive today seeing how fast i can spam it, and i noticed that sometimes i let out a Golden "wave slash" so i played around some more and i found out if you get the timing right, on the max level of the move's charge, release right when you get to max charge and you will make a stronger (im assuming) move.

Someone go play with more of the charging moves, i tried Eryx for a bit but i didn't notice anything new, but my timing might have been off.

Yup, we've known about those for a little while All the charged moves have them.

Do you know if this only applies to max charge?

Yea as far as i know it only applies on max charge

I can't see any difference with Eryx and the shotgun's bomb charge thing tho.

Just on Gilgamesh though. I don't think drive had a just charge in DMC4.

Really? Well, that just goes to show how useful drive was to me in regular combat. always used it more as a finisher, glad I had quick drive to use.

For some weird reason, I never used Drive much in the original series, but in DmC.. maybe cause it's easier to perform

That's because they fused together the regular Drive and the Quick Drive from DMC 4.

I cannot see the difference with Eryxs but i can hear the difference. And the Shotgun is also Just Chargeable

Also i love how the Blue Bullet shoves its way around
