Yeah, it does. And it's got Dante pointing at the left side with Ebony, if that helps. And on the back it shows Dante's DMC4 Devil Trigger. I know it's fake though, because they spelled "resurrected" wrong. They spelled it as "ressurected".

If it's any help to you next time, the best way to tell that the case is fake is the fact that that's Dante from Devil May Cry 4. They wouldn't use the same graphics or model for a new game. Capcom's not like that.
