The Bald replacement was actually a fluke, I was messing around in TexMod saving textures and it had corrupted. I've tried to duplicate the method by messing in alpha channels but texture editing isn't my thing. The Red Gloves however were a proper replacement inside the UPK files. If you want to do this then Google, both the X-Com community and some Unreal Engine modders have released tools to extract and open UPK files. You'll also have to dig through Google to find the .TFC converter I found, but the reason I stopped looking into this was because it wasn't completed and according to some they say that .TFC files are heavily encrypted also out of the 6+ textures I tried only the red gloves worked, I tried changing other colours and they worked too but when I tried to edit the vest or necklace it would show up weird in-game that is why I stopped messing with it and went to trying stuff on TexMod.
