yeah, im agreeing with you Rend, if it's after 2, then dante would have killed sparda...
that is, unless sparda is somehow still alive, which would make him MUCH more powerful than dante. but that raises a question, "if" sparda was still alive and much stronger than dante, why did dante have to fight mundus and sparda didnt? was it to test dante? theoretically speaking of course

2nd: it would happen coz Dante is the son of Sparda and Sparda is the Dante´s Father
and 3rd: or Mundus could do a brain wash in Sparda´s head and it could make him to fight against Dante (that it wouldnt happen in about one million years)
