I don't want him anywhere near Dante. He has Bayonetta. He could have had Raiden (if he had not passed on directorial duties to someone else). And he'll most likely have Strife from Darksiders III.

I don't see a reason to bring Dante back after getting all those franchises.

And I definitely don't see a reason to have him suffer the same bad writing as he did in DMC1. Or the same sticky gameplay with no aerial rave. :|

That's a little harsh don't you think?
And btw Anarchy Reigns is already out, he doesn't have anything to do with Metal Gear Rising, I don't know if he is working on The Wonderful 101, and there's no telling how much development has been done on Bayonetta 2 so I think he is allowed to tweet every now and again don't you?

But after the lackluster demo (and the game itself that will most likely not surpass DmC, but be only on an equal level to it), and the fact that he's in charge of the Wonderful 101, I'd say he has enough on his plate already without wanting Dante to come back.

And why wasn't he involved with MGR and B2? Those could have seriously improved his standing with the hardcore. Instead he makes this quasi - RTS with Viewtiful Joe-inspired art. I'd say that's more casual than anything DmC is "guilty" of.

What, is he trying to "expand his horizons"?? Stick to what you know. Make great original action IPs.

Or, if not that, then how about this? I hear Soul Reaver is getting a reboot. Why not try to get involved with that? Kain and Raziel are like the polar opposites of Dante and Vergil. It would only work in his favor.

If he wants to make a game with Dante in it, fine. But just do it instead of talking about it. :/
