So what do you guys think about Kamiya's recent tweet

As long as they keep both series running, I'll be happy. ****ed me off that they didn't make DMC5, and I'll be ****ed off if they don't make a DmC2, even if that means that they're doing DMC5.
 
Finally was able to see it.

That being said, I would love it if he was serious, but I can't help but doubt it.
 
I smell a load of crap, with his comment.

That's not the first time someone makes that same question to him. Besides, he usually answers them or trolls users, lol. He'll be back...That's something that only old and gold Arnold could say in a Terminator movie.

Like KiShiDo said. He is probably fooling around, People annoys him about DmC,DMC,MGR and Bayonetta 2 stuff. He doesn't even work on these games. So he probably said that to shut people's mouths up and calming DMC's fans down.
 
I wonder how a Platinum DMC would look like. Since Kamiya was only really involved in the first DMC, and DMC3 and 4 (especially 4) are a big departure from the original both in gameplay and atmosphere, to the point DMC4 was almost Final Fantasy at some points.

And the way Platinum has been making game is way different itself that the way the original dmc was made. I do wonder...
 
It's funny after all that people talk to him. He more or less did just DMC1, has nothing to do with MGR and they still spam his account. I would answer it exactly like him just to shut them up

like "Kamiya! Which one do you prefer? Xbox360 or PS3??"
"HEY KAMIYA, WAT DO U THINK ABOUT COD9?"
"WHERE IS OLD DANTE, Y U DIDN'T MAKE DMC5"

I can feel his pain..

This is more likely.

People claim that Tameem insulted them by making fun of Dante and the old DMC games.
These guys clearly never heard about Kamiya lol.

Honestly, When it comes to PR, Kamiya is much worse than Tameem.

actually that situation is different.

The difference is, Tameen is one of the guys in charge of the DmC series right now, Kamiya is not in charge which means the he isn't required to have good PR at the moment in regards to a series he isn't even a part of.
 
Sounds like a blanket statement. "He'll be back, like Megaman will one day be back, or Breath of Fire, or etc."

Wait till actual official statements from Capcom before getting hopes up.
