And no, it's a CGI trailer for the video game. But a lot of people did think it was for a DmC film at the time. I think there was a mix up with the information because it was being shown with the Resident Evil film.
It was mentioned a DmC film would be a live-action rather than CGI. Not a bad thing though :3
