Searching Help!

Today, I got an assignment for my 10 page research paper from my english teacher. The only problem is, he chose the topics and I am not interested in any. I asked if I could use a topic of my choosing, and I could only do so if I can use it if it meets the reference requirements of:
Minimum of:
2 Books
2 Magazine/Online Journal articles
2 Websites
1 Movie/TV Show
1 Interview

My topic is the history of the Valve gaming corporation and the developement of the Source engine and the application of that engine in certain games. I'm hoping to find at least two books that contain information on this subject, so I may need help from others more experienced with this. I can find everything else easily, but the books are what will slow me down.

That's very specific. How about a book on game engines in general? Try searching the Lib of Congress website. If a book like that exists it has to be there.

Well, I could use my very specific topic if those books actually have the information in them. It doesn't actually have to be about it... But thanks for the help. If it doesn't work out, I'll go with your idea. At least It'll be something I'm interested in, I'm happy. Who would ever want to write a ten page report about something they aren't interested in?
