It did! Thanks guys.

Apparently some Windows Programs have difficulty recognizing the file, or it's not compatible. So I guess I just gotta be careful with some of the programs I use.

For anyone else who comes across this, and has the same issue, I was able to open it in 7-Zip by renaming it as an .ini file, which oddly allowed me to get the files. Weird, but it works. Hope this helps!
