Can I have your thoughts on the trailer?

Turns out that Grace is the daughter of Alyssa Ashcroft, who is one of the playable characters in the Outbreak games. But I think a lot of people may have assumed she was actually an older Rosemary Winters. :LOL:
 
Who else is sad that Revelations 3 was cancelled?

I am. I'd been looking forward to seeing what Alex Wesker was gonna be up to.

The story apparently was going to focus on an older Natalia studying in a university where Rebecca Chambers is employed.
 
I don't think it will be crap, as such. But this seems to be Capcom being Capcom. Introducing new storylines and adding in a main character or reference to a "forgotten game" to get people asking for a HD update of said game. All the while, previous storylines receive no conclusion.

Yeah. Forget about Billy Coen. Forget about Alex Wesker. Let's just carry on this trend of making up more plotholes to tick off the fans. Yellow Umbrella will be revealed to be replacing Blue Umbrella. :D

You can kind of tell they're more or less just making up things so each new game can experiment with a different gameplay style.
 
Men don't age that drastically , the re4 look with added age and some greying hair and facial hair would have been fine

He isn't going to be that old in re9
 

"New RE9 info from DuskGolem:

- Leon will be unshaven with greying hair. He wears a black jacket.

- Leon's sections are not open world but larger than Grace's. He will use a vehicle to move during a level (similar to the boat section in RE4R).

- His gameplay is action but more horror than RE4 or RE8. There aren't silly things like the possessed statues/armors of RE4 or the mecha fight in RE8. There is less camp overall. He expects people will compare it to TLOU2's gameplay.

- He expects Leon will be revealed at TGS.

- The image of Leon wearing an eyepatch is fake. ROE says his sources have confirmed it, too.

- Most interesting part: Dusk says he's heard Leon's story takes place mostly in 2020, while most (but not all) of Grace's is in 2028.
They're not two different campaigns but one large, cohesive, and interconnected story."
