If you look at the very bottom of the page you can see the original gun before the customization. Looking at the magazines and the other guns I think these are like 'skins' for guns because in a few of the guns they also tell you what caliber bullets to buy. I doubt you can buy them outside of Japan but these might just be working, none the less.
