Red queen = devil arm?

I tend to think the Red Queen is not a devil arm(but I'm not sure) because it was made and customized by Nero.

Also as stated in another post, the DB can store devil arms but hasn't done that with Red Queen.

Remember those things in all the DMC games that you need to strike with a devil arm to light them up and they trigger somthing?

The rule used to be they reacted onely to demonic power, why does Red Queen trigger them now?

If it was a Devil Arm then it certainly would not have been so weak. And the question itself is kinda weird, since we learn all about Red Queen in the game. The Order of The Sword creates those motorcycle-sword things. Nero modified one to be more powerful and useful for him, and that's the Red Queen.

After all if it was a Devil Arm the Order would have used it for their purposes. And if that did not happen, then Nero would keep it inside his arm along with every devil item.
