Quick question about text above avatars

Sorry if this has been asked before, but how do I get something under my name like "Swordmaster" or "Trickster" under my name? Also, how do I get the words under that, like "Groovy"? Thank you for your time.

Go to your profile and set the custom user title. And texts as "Groovy", "SShowtime", "SSStylish", e.t.c are the ranks, you earn them by being useful to the community.

For the avatar can it be a moving one?

The ranks go up with your postcount, and your staff position, supporters get a rank, mods do and admins do. Those are the only "misc." ranks.

You can have a .gif file as an avatar as long as it's within the requirements that the forum has set.
