Question for Street Fighter 4 experts

Is FADC the only way to effectively land Ken's Ultra 1 or 2?

I can do FADC itself but it's still too hard for me to follow up with the Ultra input. So I was wondering if there was an easier way to be fairly sure to land an Ultra.

If not, is there some kind of shortcuts to follow up with the Ultra input after FADC?

Nevermind, found one. Quick Red Focus + dash + Ultra.
