When u finish normal mode does your items and weapons transfer to hard mode??
Does the same happen when you go from hard mode to black knight mode and dmd..??

When you beat normal mode, yes, all of your stuff will be in hard mode. As for black knight and DMD mode im not sure.

And let me add that if you progress to Dante Must Die through Hard they'll still remain
