PC Missing Achievements and Save is broken?

I've been playing again and I was browsing the cheevos, I noticed one for "Unlock all of Dantes Combat Upgrades" I've purchased every move but not gotten the Achievement and I noticed that although I bought all of the gold orbs in shop I've only gotten 11 Health Blocks (One is from Finding 4 parts of a cross in Secret Missions).

I'm going to guess my Save is messed up?

hmmm did you buy the upgrades for the guns and the ones listem under abilities

go back and check far as i know this has not been reported before if that fails make a new install the mod give me more orbs then try again if the achievement is important

Yeah, I unlocked every ability for all of the weapons. I purchased the Health Crosses in the store and they added 6 blocks to my health but I verified my cache the other day and it restored one file and now my health is at 11 blocks. When it was at 17... I'm not bothered though it's more of a challenge I guess it's just the achievements for me.

EDIT: Decided to start the game again, I have no idea what's wrong with it. :/

I have bought all of the health upgrades in the shop but I haven't been given them and now I'm on the higher difficulties they would come in handy. I'll just start again on Human to get all of the weapons, then do Devil Hunter to get any keys/doors and then on Nephilim catch anything I've missed. Hopefully in time for Bloody Palace and Vergils Downfall...
