Personally, I'm half tempted to get an order in of the standard edition. I remember sort of enjoying the beta/demo or whatever it was that EA was running earlier this year. Would you guys recommend it to someone whom used to be quite the fancier of the Call of Duty series? Black Ops was my fave. Oh gosh - ruddy good game, that. Everything after that has been a bit pants, to be honest. Really couldn't get on with Modern Warfare 3 at all. Ugh.

Or am I too late to get in on the action? I imagine most everybody has prestige'd a billion times over on the game by now and would trounce me and my noobishness.

From what I've heard Titanfall is already dead due to its lack on content and its matchmaking system, but I've seen a lot of gameplay and it looks fun, fast and really hectic.

New modes are coming and plenty of players still on it, played a few games last night and found games straight away. It can wear a little thin if you play it for long durations but it is fast paced hectic fun. Just needs some more variety to spice things up thats all.
