Next Gen Riddick Announced

Sierra have finally revealed details about the new next gen PS3 and Xbox 360 game The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena, which is a remake of Starbreezes original Riddick first-person shooter.

Dark Athena is being described as an expansion of the original game with an exciting new story and new gameplay features.

Players will not only be challenged to survive Butcher Bay, but will also engage in a new single-player experience and, for the first time in the Riddick universe, take action in intense multiplayer combat.

So after the complaints that Escape From Butcher Bay would have been perfect for a multiplayer game it seems they have finally included it. Ive been waiting for this news ever since i brought the original. I thought it was an underrated game but it was a big seller and reviewed well so i cant wait to see what next in series is going to be like.
