New 1.1GB patch on Steam

What's wrong with Vergil's upper slash?
Use it. It stops mid animation, like it won't activate keeps stopping like he's hitting a wall or something, something is glitched on PC, i haven't heard any console users complain about it.

I just haven't been playing with Vergil recenlty, but it definitely annoyed me, he has so few moves, sucks to have one be useless.
 
That's odd. It works for me. Vergil's entire moveset does, in fact.

Has it ever worked for you or was it borked after a patch?
 
Really, maybe it was fixed, test it again, the keep trying to do the B attack you'll encounter it eventually. Not hold B, just press it.

It works sometimes, and sometimes it doesn't that's what makes it useless, because when it fails mid fight you get hit by an enemy.
 
Yeah, I tried it right now and both the Upper Slash tap and the Upper Slash hold work perfectly 100% of the time.

Not only that, but it was always like this for me. I use Upper Slash a lot and I never saw it fail, not even once. So it wasn't fixed in this patch, maybe you broke something with mods. Do a steam integrity check or reinstall the game.

Nope, OW is right. UpperSlash also sort of "cancels" with me too sometimes. So has anyone detailed info on what this patch does?

It apparently addresses a few issues with Bloody Palace, sometimes the game would crash after being Mundus, about 50% of the time the music would drop out around wave 21 and not come back for the rest of the game, and the Hunter Boss Fight would always be without music.
I can confirm that the Hunter Fight now has music. As for the other two, I haven't played regular bloody palace is so long, but I'd assume and hope that these issues have been addressed.
