Second mission. That's when Dante first goes into The Order's hideout to meet Vergil.
You also get to walk around it in missions 11 and 12.

Hmm. Yes, I did recall seeing this in the second mission cutscene. It's when Kat takes Dante to the Order hideout. First time we see and meet Vergil in the game.
