Land Ships?

Every-one keeps telling me its a bad idea.. but I think building a giant land-ship would be fantastic think about how demoralized my enemys would be if they had a giant freaking land ship coming at them.. so the might be some logistic problems but that could be solved by building giant transcontinetal highways for my land ship the land sail on.

It would. I have some 'land ships' incorporated into a graphic novel I am writing. Only they are big enough to be entire cities.

I think a land ship will need a hell of a hull.

At any rate, the only thing a land ship would have to watch out for would be small ruts in the road...get a wheel in that thing and it's game over >.>
