Isn't KI tied up in licensing hell right now? Like, Microsoft has it but is sitting on it for legal reasons or something? I remember that there was a reason that it hasn't been made.

I would LOVE to see NRS take over Killer Instinct and make a new game. If anyone can do it, it would be NRS.
