Oh! it's this really neat thing! Sometimes there's certain requirements that let you unlock things for free it can be characters, cheat codes, maps, you name it.

Now-a-days you can find all the unlockable items on Steam, PSN and the Xbox live arcade.
For a price! You don't earn it, well you do but only with your hard earnt cash.

Screw games today :(

And yeah for a price, it's not like there's such a thing as 'enough money' or 'being thoughtful'

I miss those times when you had to work your fingers to the bone just to get that last thing to complete the entire game.

My Devil May Cry file has over 300 hours into it. For a game with not alot of content I sure put alot of time into it. Well, actually, this is my memory card from like 2001

My DMC3 one has 450, DMC4 has 215 and DMC1 has 86. :P

To be fair though, A good combat system is more than enough to keep people such as my self occupied for eternity.
 
Pokemon Yellow - 500+ hours
FF8 - Don't have precise hours, just more than 100+
DMC4 - 172 hours
Zelda Ocarina and Twilight Princess - 30+ hours
Masturbation - everyday since I was twelve.
huehuehuehuhue..kidding.
Also, I didn't even know how to save for like the longest time.

Damn right! What makes Turbo Mode in DMC3 and 4 so fast? Well, the SEGA Megadrive/Genesis slipped a bit of that blast processing in the games code.

Genesis does it again.
The SEGA Dreamcast 2 will have double that processing power.

Haha...I'm actually talking like it's going to be real :<
 
Because obviously if it did become real, all the dreams would become true. ALL OF THEM. The golden age of gaming will return and i will finally get Shenmue 3 in my life.

PLEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASE GIVE ME SHENMUE 3 :(
