Installing DMC4 @ PC problem - Pls HELP !

Hi everybody, I'm new here, my name is David

DMC ... my all time favourite game ... at PS2
Since I can't afford a PS3 yet ... I gotta settle for the PC game first.

My utmost request for help ...

Can anybody help how do I install this ... Thx.
Running
Intel Core 2 Duo 2GHz
3Gb RAM
GE Force 8600M GT
DirectX 10

After extracting files = nativePC2 - DMC4Launcher & DMC4GDFBin + native PC folder + ReadMe folder
I clicked on the launcher file and BIN file ... nothing happen ... What's my problem !

PLS HELP !

u tryed right clicking and doing it as admin

The problem lay with the extraction course !
