In the PC version, how do I set the targeting system to toggle instead of hold?

I just installed DMC 4 for the PC and was setting up the controls with an old gamepad I had and I can't seem to set the targeting system to toggle.

Have you looked in the manual? I'll grab mine and have a look aswel.

EDIT: Found it, you need to use the left movement stick. Or press L. That's what it's telling me in the manual, and that's all I've got.
