I'm stuck in Chamber of echoes

I just started to play this game, and stuck in the Chamber of echoes I've in all the rooms but I can find I way out, can somedy tell me how to get out there and make it to the next mission

well maybe its mission 3 u must enter the green door first and beat the worm and jister then u well find some thing near to the tower generator .. take it and put it in the tower u'll find it in the last floor the power well be on . after that u'll see that some walls r moved u must go there and take the stick and put it in the room in 3ed floor it well open a cage for u and u'll find inside it a blue thing take it and go to the room which has a blue door u can walk on the space after the power is on go to the other door and use the blue thing and thats it .
