Let me put it this way: Activision just shut down their forum in January/February 2019, and uploaded a forum software that's kinda a Q&A thread type site.

But in this case, Capcom removed the forum to get rid of the bloat. I don't see them going back to forums again until they find a really, really good forum software. Like xenForo.

It's staying. It's what you see now. It's just them transferring from one system to another. The Capcom Unity site is on WordPress. Previously it was an expensive licensed blog/forum, with customization which costs thousands of dollars.
