I think a small "health bar" should be added for each enemy! Do you agree?

This might work with a faint circle around the enemy to show what you are locked onto, but I don't think it would really fit in with the game's atmosphere. It might be a thing you could change in the options menu though

I like the idea of a lock on indicator but healthbars just dont fit DmC.

They could do something like the more bloodier the enemy, the more closer it is to death

Well, DMC3 had healthbars, it was the green ring on top of the red lock on circle
Look at when Dante locks onto his enemies, (0:49 has a good view)
Edit: NT could do something like this by putting it in the options menu

Well I never noticed them!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was too busy bashing buttons:P

DMC 2 had this feature, actually.

You could see enemies health bar and their names on it, lol. I have nothing against it, but after playing DMC 1, it was quite stupid stuff. It wasn't needed. DMC 3 and 4 changed it by putting the target icon slowling changing its color, to show enemies life bar.

Regular enemies don't need health bar, only bosses. :)

However, in DmC we can test enemies and play with them. For example, the regular enemies ( Stygian). We can count how many times we hit them, before them being killed. We can create a list. So, we know if they're close of being killed or not.

I agree with who mentioned the Rages, though. They seem to act like mini bosses or something like that. They also take a lot of damage. So, it's nice to know if we're almost killing them or not.

In case you all forgot, the enemies from the original Devil May Cry series had health bars.

In Devil May Cry 3 and 4, the life bar spiraled around the lock-on bar and would deplete along with their lives.
In Devil May Cry 2, I believe the health bar of the current enemy you were fighting was displayed at the lower left.
In the first game... I'm not exactly sure if there was one... I cant really remember... :ermm:

Anyway, I feel it detracts from the immersion of a fight to see the enemies fatigue, unless it's a boss fight.

It's too late to add a health bar anyway, we have less than a month till the game's release.
Nothing that wasn't in the demo other than story elements and items won't be added.

I don't mind a health bar, but I don't mind not having them either... I think it is alright as it is.

And, as a matter of fact, DMC have had RPG elements since like ever... with the whole farming red orbs -> buying upgrades thing.
