I need help

All you people seem to be nice so
im trying to get through the waterway on final fantasy twelve but every time i get to the second section i get killed, i have lots of potions but it wont let me use them.... Help me

i havent played the game, but i have found a walkthrough for you hope it helps ^^

Focus more on leveling up, it can be difficult getting through the Waterway first time round, and that's usually because you're not a high enough level, the storyline has some rediculous level expectations sometimes, and that's usually because you're expected to do some side-quests and level up.

So do just that, go back to Rabanastre, work on a couple side quests, do some more bounties and level up some more, after that, you'll be able to carve through the Waterway, and by the time you reach the end of it, you should have a nice headstart on the next few areas.
