Hows Nero related to Dante?

Does anyone know if Nero and Dante are related or not
Its just out of curiosity and it makes me want to know why he is the playable character in DMC 4

Well i don't think they are related or anything >_> it's not explained how nero got his arm and stuff i think <_<
and i bet he looks like dante cause capcom didn't want to make their fans too angry

No-one knows.
DMC4 only confirms that he has Sparda's blood, which doesn't define any kind of relationship with Dante, Virgil or even Sparda.

This should be in the DMC4 Forum, not DMC3.
...and I am postive that if you used the Search Function that you would be able to find a simalar thread with these anwsers already given.
