How close can the PC version get to Definitive Edition?

As the title says, how close do we get with mods on the PC version, I'm thinking of getting that one as well but I don't know if it's worth it though....
If it's possible to get close I'd really consider it.

Everything aside from hard-lock, IIRC.

You can mod Vergil into Bloody Palace. And there is a BP wave customizator mod to customize BP enemy waves.

But it wouldn't really be the same with the Poison battle, Bob, and Mundus battle since those have specific cutscenes and grappling.

True, I don't have a next gen console, would still be good to be able to get the definitive edition on PC...
But if the only major thing that is missing is the Lock on, then I'd still get the PC version, mostly because of mods though.

Which the modding community is none too even remotely interested in making. =_= *grumble*
