How a Devil May Cry 6 can bring out an 666 theme?

I feel 666 - Number of the Beast would be an appropriate theme for the next DMC, especially when Nero's now protecting mankind in Dante's stead, while his uncle & father Vergil are in the Demon World sealing themselves to make up for their lost time as brothers and avenge their parents on Mundus.

Any ideas on how to grow such a theme? We could sure use more new characters alongside Nico, Trish & Lady.

Since V, we need new playstyles!

Have the battles take place between the human & demon worlds, with the human side featuring Nero, Trish, Lady, Nico & a new character and the demon side with the Sparda twins.
