Seriously, I can't remember.

Basically, some chick with purple hair went into a world where bird people(?) were being turned into evil wolf people. After going on some sort of mission, you would free them from the curse and turn them back? And you could run around in their village?

Holy hell, help me remember. This game sounds like an acid trip with vodka.

Just looked up Fear Effect, nope. This game had a lot of platforming and was set on some sort of jungle world. It was also on the ps2.
