I'll try to find the name again, I mostly just use video editing stuff to upload SOME stuff unto youtube like Sony Vegas Pro 12. But .gif program, I need to find it again.

oh no, nothing like that. I see people making gifs out of film clips on deviant art (especially devil may cry gifs made out of cutscenes), but I have no idea how they do it.

usually it involves running a movie file avi or mov through a gif maker or convertor program, I use Animagic Gifmaker for my gifs. :3
